KEY LIME PIE

Combine milk and egg yolks at low speed. Slowly add juice, mixing until well blended. Pour into 9" graham cracker pie shell and refrigerate overnight or, if preferred, pie may be baked at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. Top with whipped cream and...enjoy!


If using a dutch oven, place about 8 charcoal briquettes under the bottom and about 12 on the top. Place and empty pie plate upside down in the dutch oven and then place the pie on top of it to prevent the burning of the pie. Be sure and watch it closely and don't over bake.

If you use the refrigeration method, place in your cooler filled with ice for about 4-6 hours or overnight.
