GUADALUPE CHILE PIE
Brown the beef and onion in the margarine in an open dutch oven. Add beans, seasonings, and diced tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes in a covered oven.
Mix the cornbread as directed and add to the top of meat and bean mixture. Place lid on the oven and cook for 20 - 30 minutes, or until cornbread is done. Serves 8.
